The admissions process is simple, personal, and designed to help you and your family determine if CCA is the right fit for your child.

Step 1: Express Interest

To start the process, please fill out the online application. We will contact you to schedule a tour and answer any questions you may have about CCA.

Step 2: Tour

Come visit us! We would love to show you around our campus and introduce you to our teachers and staff. During your tour, you will have the opportunity to see our classrooms, meet our students, and learn more about our curriculum and extracurricular activities.

Step 3: Enroll

Once you have decided to enroll your child at CCA, please complete the enrollment paperwork and submit it along with required documents. Our admissions team will review your application and contact you to schedule a diagnostic test for your child.

Step 4: Diagnostic Test

Your child will take the A.C.E. School of Tomorrow Diagnostic Test. This is a placement assessment designed to determine a student’s skill and concept mastery before beginning the A.C.E. curriculum. The tests identify academic gaps and prescribe specific gap PACEs to strengthen weaknesses, ensuring students are placed at their exact performance level rather than by age or grade.

Step 5: Plan Course of Study

We will use the diagnostic test results to create a personalized course of study for your child. Among other things, this plan will specify where in the P.A.C.E. curriculum your child will begin.

Step 6: Begin Classes

Finally, your child can begin a rewarding, biblical, and fulfilling educational experience at Covenant Christian Academy!
